Welcome to TechPackr. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("you", "User") and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], with registered address at [REGISTERED ADDRESS] and tax ID [NIF/CIF] ("TechPackr", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of the techpackr.ai website, application and related services (the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing the Service, or clicking "I agree", you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
To use most features of the Service you must create an Account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for a prolonged period.
The Service is offered through three subscription plans:
Prices are shown in Euro (€) and may not include applicable VAT, which will be added where legally required and shown at checkout.
Payment is charged in advance for each billing period (monthly or annual). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (e.g., Stripe); we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time from your Account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you will retain access until that date.
Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU). Where you act as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU/Spanish consumer law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). However, by activating a paid Subscription and starting to use the digital service before the end of the withdrawal period, you expressly request that performance start immediately and acknowledge that you may lose this right once the service has been fully provided, in accordance with art. 103.m of the same law.
Outside this right of withdrawal, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by mandatory law.

The Service, including its software, design, logos, mockup library, trademarks and all related materials, is owned by TechPackr or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for the duration of your Subscription, solely for your internal business purposes.
You retain all rights to your User Content. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you (including AI processing, storage, and PDF export). We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
The Service uses artificial-intelligence features to assist with techpack generation, including suggested measurements, fabric specifications, BOM and similar outputs. You acknowledge that:
Our processing of personal data in connection with the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of AI Output. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TechPackr or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising out of or in connection with the Service.
Our aggregate liability under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to TechPackr in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TechPackr from and against any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (i) your User Content, (ii) your violation of these Terms, or (iii) your violation of any third-party right.
You may terminate your Account at any time by cancelling your Subscription and deleting your Account. We may suspend or terminate your Account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that creates risk or liability for us or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your User Content after a reasonable retention period, as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. For business users, any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [CITY OF JURISDICTION], Spain. Where you act as a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence shall apply, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your domicile.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
